Any information we collect from you is for the sole purpose of processing your order and will not be sold, exchanged, or otherwise disclosed to anyone unless required by law. All of your information is kept confidential.

Placing an Order

We are available to take inquiries and to take you order Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Making a Payment

We accept the following credit cards:
MasterCard, and Visa.

We do not accept cheques.

Deliveries & Shipping Costs

We deliver within Australia only. Typically, orders will be processed and dispatched the same or the following working day. We offer the following services:

  • Regular Post
  • Registered Post
  • Express Overnight Post
  • Courier

Depending, on the delivery address and the service chosen you should receive your delivery between 1-10 days from placing the order.

We will confirm availability of stock, order quantities, shipment charges and shipment times with you before dispatch.

NB: Registered Post requires a signature on delivery so you may like to have your order delivered to your work address. If no signature is available at the time of delivery the parcel will be redirected to the nearest Australia Post office for collection.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays or loss of items in the postal service. If you need your order for a specific date or day then please contact us directly to arrange a courier service. If you want to have the parcel insured, please advise

Making a Return

Finders Keepers will strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. Our products are of best quality, but if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly exchange your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging for an exchange to be processed.

Faulty items may be returned for a same-item exchange or refund. The return of items must contain the following information:

  • Invoice number
  • Date of purchase
  • Product description with item name
  • Customer name
  • Reason for return (faulty, other)
  • Refund or a replacement?
  • Customer contact details, e.g. phone number or email address.

In order to receive full credit, your returns must be returned with shipping pre-paid.
Please allow 2-4 working days for credit.
